At Signature Fabrics, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item received is damaged or defective.
  • You received the wrong product, size, or color.
  • The item has a manufacturing defect.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  • A valid proof of purchase or order number is required.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Products that have been worn, washed, or altered.
  • Items without original tags or packaging.
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse.
  • Clearance, sale, or promotional items (unless defective).

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made through bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash, depending on the customer's preference.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

  • Wrong size
  • Wrong color
  • Defective or damaged products

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery and are subject to product availability.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective item), Signature Fabrics will bear the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind or an incorrect size selected by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may request a return after delivery if it meets our return conditions.
